what is restful living?

As a rest coach and yoga nidra facilitator, I bring my gift of calm to other creative introverts who are exhausted by the extroverted world. To those who have dreams and passions that they want to have enough energy for.
In an extroverted world that rewards productivity and stimulation, sensitive introverts need to recharge and design a life that works for them. In my offerings, you will find gentle rest guidance including: restful living coaching, yoga nidra, and cyclical living to restfully and sustainably be the creative being you want to be.
What restful living is not:
-
Entirely closing off the outside world and living ultra independently
The idea here is to be able to integrate with the world in a way that best meets your needs and allows you to share your work for the greater good.
-
Focusing solely on a better night’s sleep
Personally, I have found that the more I focus on analyzing my sleep, the more I struggle with it and become more frustrated and exhausted. Here you will find rest options for when you are awake since we really can’t control how much sleep we get.
-
One size fits all formula
Introverts lie on a spectrum and have individual needs and gifts. The worlds we live in are all different combinations of energy and you deserve bespoke practices to be able to shine your light whenever, wherever.
Restful living can be:
Getting in sync with your own personal nature and energy in order to be the creative being you are
Looking at the areas of your life that feel rested/unrested and where you might want more balance
Practicing rest through ancient and modern means to support all of the layers of self
Loving who you are, just as you are
Connections and relationships with those who want to support you and who you feel safe around to be all versions of yourself
Dedication to your creative power - your gifts are going to make a difference to you and others, whether you realize it now or not
Lifelong alignment - adjusting with the many seasons and life transitions you encounter
Restful living is about having the energy you desire for the life you desire.
I would love to have a 1:1 conversation with you about it. If you’re curious, take a look at my calendar and let’s meet up!
Which one of the parts of restful living sounds the most yummy to you?
to living with rest,
Leslie Marie
